Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and develop effective user experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and products to drive innovation.
  • Translate concepts into service blueprints, customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Operational Focus

  • Understand product specifications, technical requirements, and business objectives.
  • Analyze user psychology and identify user needs.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback.
  • Develop personas through user research and data analysis.
  • Define interaction models, experience metrics, and success indicators.
  • Design task flows, wireframes, and prototypes that meet user needs.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize existing interfaces.
  • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders.

Leadership & Governance

  • No direct people management.
  • Assemble and lead virtual teams through the design lifecycle.

Experience & Attributes

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of UX/UI design experience.
  • Experience in financial services.
  • Ability to manage design activities, deliverables, timelines, and deadlines.
  • Strong experience in interaction design and human-centered methodologies.
  • Proficient in design software (Figma preferred).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to produce designs of varying fidelity.
  • Workshop facilitation experience.
  • Experience working with design systems.

Qualifications:

  • Qualifications in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to present designs and justify decisions.
