Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to spearhead our Technology and IT staffing initiatives. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship-building skills, who can develop and maintain strong client partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Grow existing client relationships in the Technology and IT sector by delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and expand our client portfolio.
- Analyse clients' technical requirements and provide bespoke services to meet their expectations.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified IT candidates to clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly to maintain a high level of service excellence.
- Present regular account status reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Manage client information accurately in CRM systems to inform future engagements.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements, communicate client needs and expectations, and monitor the progress of open requisitions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in account management within the Technology and IT staffing industry.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, demonstrating strong commercial acumen.
- A deep understanding of IT environments, emerging technologies (AI), network technologies, and roles that support these disciplines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Proficiency with CRM/ATS and VMS platforms to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites, as required.
