Chief Financial Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Balance Sheet Management. This position requires expertise in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and leadership skills.
- Preparation and finalization of financial statements is a critical responsibility in this role.
- Regulatory reporting is essential for maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- MIS and management reporting will be utilized to provide stakeholders with timely and accurate information.
- Coordination with internal and external auditors will be necessary to ensure seamless audit processes.
- Addressing audit observations and implementing corrective measures will be crucial in maintaining our high standards.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial reporting is required.
- Strong knowledge of IGAAP and relevant laws is essential.
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is necessary.
- Advanced MS Excel skills are required for data analysis and visualization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills are vital for success in this role.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with treasury, risk, and operations teams would be an asset.
- Ability to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders is highly desirable.
