Senior Brand Strategist

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Senior Brand Strategist to lead our brand program, driving product superiority, equity, and preference across various market types.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to enhance product superiority, equity, and preference.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a robust Masterbrand architecture strategy, crafting positioning with strong BCI, and developing 360-degree brand campaigns.
  • Design and execute a multi-channel communication strategy for the master brand through product superiority, core brand thematic, and purpose-driven campaigns.
  • Create a 'Always On' Digital plan for a 12-month calendar, deliver brand health metrics through impactful communication plans, and evolve the Masterbrand strategy in line with category and competition landscape.
  • Lead Claims toolkit development, build evidence to support scientific/technical/marketing claims, and strategize Point of Sale superiority activation programs customizable for market type.
  • Coordinate with Innovation Team for seamless takeover and incubation of New Brand initiatives/extensions, synchronize brand marketing plans, and execute campaigns in close partnership with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in FMCG category, handling significant brand campaigns, MBA (Major in Marketing preferred).
  • End-to-end exposure to creating a brand TVC, campaign planning, consumer insights, strategic execution-oriented insights, and commercial acumen.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business KPIs.
