A technical leader is required to spearhead the development of high-power electronic systems. This role involves overseeing the design, development, and testing of power converters for a variety of applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage senior leadership teams responsible for designing and developing complex power electronic circuits.
  • Ensure projects are executed efficiently by collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Develop a roadmap for manufacturing and production to align with the company's product strategy.

Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Power Electronics or a related field; PhD preferred.
  • Have 20+ years of progressive experience in R&D management within the power electronics domain.
  • Bring extensive knowledge of power semiconductor devices, embedded systems, control algorithms, and hardware design.

Ideal candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a proven track record of driving innovation and delivering results.
