Job Overview

As a seasoned technical professional, you will serve as the senior escalation point for our AI Access Security solution. You will provide expert guidance to customers navigating the complexities of GenAI app adoption, empowering them to harness the potential of GenAI apps while maintaining robust security postures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver advanced technical support to customers and partners in AI Access Security and SaaS Security.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues related to the safe adoption of GenAI apps and the protection of SaaS applications.
  • Offer best practices and configurations to optimize security solutions for our customers.

In this role, you will be a Subject Matter Expert for our integrated Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) solution, addressing challenges associated with securing SaaS applications in the cloud.
