Senior Revenue Cycle Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Revenue Cycle Management Specialist to join our team.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle efficiency and productivity;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process bottlenecks;
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement;
  • Provide training and coaching to staff on revenue cycle processes and procedures;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue cycle management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 10 years of experience in revenue cycle management;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Experience with automation tools and technology, such as RPA and Microsoft Power Apps;
  • A Green or Black Belt certification from a recognized organization.
