Job Title: Oracle R12 EBS SCM Consultant

The role of an Oracle R12 EBS SCM Consultant involves leading the implementation, configuration and support of various SCM modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Bills of Material (BOM).

A key aspect of this position is to design and configure Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) plans to optimize supply chain processes such as demand planning, supply planning and capacity planning.

Collaboration with business users is essential in gathering requirements, performing gap analysis, and providing solutions to meet business needs. Additionally, developing and customizing reports, workflows and interfaces using Oracle tools such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports and XML Publisher are also part of the job responsibilities.

Data migration, integration and validation activities for Oracle SCM modules need to be performed efficiently. Unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) must be conducted thoroughly.

Providing post-implementation support and troubleshooting issues related to Oracle SCM and ASCP modules is crucial. Adherence to Oracle best practices and standards in all deliverables is mandatory.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in Oracle R12 SCM modules with a strong focus on ASCP
  • In-depth knowledge of SCM modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, BOM and WIP
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ASCP plans for demand and supply chain optimization
  • Proficiency in Oracle development tools such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports and XML Publisher
  • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and integration capabilities
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM or Oracle Fusion SCM is a plus
  • Knowledge of Advanced Planning Command Center (APCC)
  • Certification in Oracle SCM modules
