We're seeking a detail-oriented analytical professional to collect, process, and analyze data for strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to drive business initiatives forward.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to inform business decisions.
  • Translate business questions into data queries and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize processes.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support forecasting and optimization efforts.
  • Evaluate business performance through A/B testing and statistical analysis to drive informed decision-making.
  • Document data definitions, processes, and business rules to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with Excel and at least one statistical or scripting language (e.g., Python, R).
  • Excellent communication skills to present data findings clearly and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to drive data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes to streamline data management.
  • Understanding of statistical methods and hypothesis testing to drive informed decision-making.
  • Knowledge of CRM or marketing analytics tools to enhance business insights.
