Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, defining scope, allocating resources, and tracking progress.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and end-users, to gather requirements and define project goals.
  • Oversee project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Ensure Salesforce solutions align with best practices, compliance, and security requirements.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and reporting to stakeholders on progress and risks.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Drive Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams and Salesforce developers.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to improve future implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Total experience 11+ years.
  • Strong working experience Salesforce project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
