  • Provide research support to global asset managers investing in credit instruments.
  • Initiate/maintain multiple deliverables such as financial models, screeners, research notes for companies/industries under coverage.
  • Conduct detailed capital structure and covenant analysis.
  • Prepare earnings summaries, credit outlook, and write-ups on investment pros and cons for companies under coverage.
  • Effectively communicate ideas and research findings to clients.
  • Manage multiple clients and stakeholders and ensure prioritise, and execute multiple assignments with tight deadlines.
  • Train junior analysts and review their work.
  • Ensure adherence to high quality standards and industry best practices.
Required Skills:
  • Sound experience in credit research (4+ years).
  • Exposure to US/European capital markets.
  • Deep understanding of capital/corporate structure and various debt documents.
  • Experience in writing reports.
  • Strong excel modelling and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to independently execute assignments under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with professional demeanour.
Advantageous Skills:
  • Knowledge of third-party databases.
Acknowledgements:

Academic requirements include an MBA or equivalent qualification in finance from a reputed institution/CFA.
