Strategic Financial Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Financial Analyst to join our Strategy and Transactions team in Mumbai. This key role will provide exceptional support to clients, helping them navigate complex financial issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop an understanding of the business, competitive positioning, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges of the target company
  • Analyse historic and current financial information, as well as projections and assumptions used for the same
  • Identify deal issues, assess their impact on the transaction (valuation etc.) and advise on ways to address the issues
  • Conduct analysis of transaction risks and suggest ways to mitigate them
  • Understand transaction structure and advise on structuring issues based on the same

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant qualification
  • 1-2 years of experience in Audit or Financial Due Diligence
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
