About this role

Supporting daily financial operations and reporting is a key responsibility in this position.

The successful candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our company's financial processes.

  • Process payments, receipts, and journal entries to maintain a smooth flow of transactions.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and ledgers regularly to identify any discrepancies or errors.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing to ensure timely completion of the financial cycle.
  • Track expenses, budgets, and variances to provide valuable insights into our financial performance.
  • Prepare financial reports for management to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on financial transactions to ensure seamless collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field to establish a solid foundation in financial knowledge.
  • 0–3 years of finance/accounting experience; new graduates are welcome to apply and learn from our experienced team.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP familiarity is a plus to streamline financial processes.
