Senior Murex System Support Specialist

This is a challenging role for an experienced system support professional to provide expert level technical assistance and support for the Murex 3.1 platform.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of data mart architecture, configuration and implementation. They will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues, as well as providing guidance and training to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level technical support for Murex 3.1 production systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures
  • Coordinate with vendors for technical support and issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience with Murex in a support capacity
  • Strong technical capability and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of Data Mart architecture and configuration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
