Job Title:

  • Manufacturing Operations Manager
Overview of the Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in regulatory compliance, production optimization, resource management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership:
    • Oversight of all daily operations ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
    • Development of systems and processes to track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets.
  • Production Management:
    • Increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while eliminating unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
    • Proven regulatory exposure in leadership roles for US-FDA, MHRA, Anvisa, PICs, etc.
  • Personnel Training and Development:
    • Training of production personnel for their job roles.
    • Preparation and establishment of production procedures as per regulatory requirements.
  • Maintenance and Calibration:
    • Maintenance and calibration activities for facility, equipment, and instruments.
    • Establishment of hold time periods for in-process product and cleaned/un-cleaned equipment.
  • Product Quality and Safety:
    • Ensuring products are manufactured as per instructions and records are filled contemporaneously.
    • Procedures in place for operation and cleaning of equipment.
  • Facility Maintenance and Housekeeping:
    • Cleaning of facility and equipment.
    • Storage of products as per storage conditions and maintenance of environment monitoring records.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 15 to 20 years of experience in production management.
  • Hard-core exposure to Injectable and Solid Dose Manufacturing, Planning & Operation Management in Regulatory Work Environment.
  • Knowledge of Production Optimization, Resource Management, and quality and regulatory domains.
