Tax Planning Specialist

Job Description:

This is a critical role that requires a high level of expertise in tax planning, compliance and strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to provide specialized advice and guidance on tax planning, withholding responsibilities and social security contributions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and Review Tax Returns: Accurately prepare, review and file tax returns and related deliverables for globally mobile employees within designated deadlines.
  • Offer Strategic Advice: Provide specialized advice and strategic recommendations to internal teams regarding tax planning, withholding responsibilities and social security contributions.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR: Work in tandem with finance and HR departments to ensure precise calculation and reporting of payroll taxes and social security contributions.
  • Provide Guidance: Offer guidance on tax equalization and protection policies to employees, ensuring clear understanding and compliance.
  • Analyze Employee Data: Analyze employee compensation and payroll data to accurately calculate tax liabilities and identify potential benefits.
