Key Responsibilities
  • Generate high-performing ad creatives using AI-powered tools (Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Firefly)
  • Optimize product detail pages for improved conversion
  • Create email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns for retention and engagement
  • Develop Instagram/TikTok-style content and user-generated content assets
  • Write hooks, ad copy, and subject lines that drive results
  • Iterate rapidly, testing new ideas and refining existing ones
  • Analyze CTR, CVR, ROAS, and engagement metrics to inform strategy
Requirements
  • 0-3 years of experience in creative/design/marketing/content roles or strong AI creative portfolio
  • Proven ability to leverage AI-first tools for image/video/copy creation
  • Copywriting skills: write engaging hooks, not just design banners
  • Familiarity with basic metrics: CTR, CVR, ROAS, engagement rates
  • Rapid learner, adaptable operator who prioritizes speed and agility
  • Passion for performance-driven results
