Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Visual Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that enhances our digital presence.

Your primary focus will be on developing high-quality design assets that captivate our audience and communicate our brand's message effectively. You will work closely with our production teams to ensure seamless project delivery and maintain the highest level of quality in all your work.

You will also be responsible for researching and identifying new design trends and innovations to stay ahead of the competition. Your creative vision and expertise will play a crucial role in shaping our digital creative product and ensuring it remains at the leading edge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visually appealing design concepts that align with our brand strategy
  • Create eye-catching design assets using design principles to maximize effectiveness
  • Conduct thorough research to determine different design approaches and identify opportunities for innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive project execution and delivery
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail and ensure all touchpoints are protected and aligned with the creative vision
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years experience in an agency, design studio, or production company
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools/software
  • Expertise in Motion Design is an added advantage
  • Strong portfolio including static, animated, and mobile work samples
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
