About This Opportunity

You will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive strategies for all paid social channels, driving business growth and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing and supporting cross-functional analysis to inform budget allocation decisions across channels, devices, and campaigns.
  • Driving improvements in app acquisition campaign performance, ensuring accountability against monthly targets and coaching team members to achieve results.
  • Identifying new marketing opportunities and creative ideas through ongoing test & learning, leveraging commercial KPIs, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Leading the full project and campaign lifecycle, guaranteeing high-quality delivery and KPI achievement through collaborative cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns across at least 2 platforms: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, or Twitter.
  • Strong expertise in app acquisition marketing, preferably with a focus on full-funnel marketing strategies.
  • Leadership experience encompassing project management, stakeholder management, and team instruction.
  • Excellent analytical skills, able to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to identify marketing opportunities, develop strategic solutions, initiate innovation, and influence the broader team.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of regulations, policies, and best practices in digital marketing.
