Job Role Overview

As a Research Manager, you will lead research initiatives that shape market insights, client strategies and our thought leadership in commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research to provide commercial real estate market, business location, construction and transaction intelligence.
  • Develop detailed long-form and short-form research reports, including whitepapers, articles, and industry publications.
  • Analyze real estate market trends, talent, city infrastructure to support client-specific assignments.
  • Author research-led articles and blogs to establish us as a thought leader.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate research findings into strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a structured research knowledge base.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in research, market analysis, real estate research or a similar role.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with a demonstrated ability to write clear and concise reports.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate markets in India is desirable.
