Our team is looking for a skilled ServiceNow GRC developer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development with experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules. A certified Application Developer (CAD), CIS-ITSM, CIS-R&C certification with experience in IRM/GRC and advanced risk assessment are highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes.

Customizing and configuring ServiceNow GRC modules to meet business requirements is also a key part of the role.

The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and reports is another important aspect of the job.

Implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other systems and applications is also required.

Providing technical guidance and support to junior developers and end-users is an essential part of the role.

The full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance is also crucial.

Staying updated on the latest ServiceNow technologies, best practices, and industry trends is also important.

Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, 2+ years of experience in IRM/GRC module and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification are highly desirable.

Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript(Classic UI and Workspace), Glide, and Jelly is also required.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Studio and Flow Designer is also essential.

Good experience in UI Builder and configuration in Workspaces is also required.

Experience with Patching and Upgrade for IRM modules with understanding of latest updates of GRC/IRM module in store and release notes is also important.

Knowledge of ServiceNow integration methods, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server is also required.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills are also necessary.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment are also essential.

Certifications - CIS-ITSM and CIS-R&C Certification are highly desirable.
