Job Title: ServiceNow Lead / Admin

Location: Remote (India) | Full-time | Overlap: 4–5 hours PST (9:30 PM–2:30 AM IST)

Experience: 7+ years relevant

We are hiring a ServiceNow Lead and a ServiceNow Admin to manage and optimize our ServiceNow platform across modules including ITSM, HRSD, FSM, ITOM, and ITAM. The role involves leading system administration, platform upgrades, automation, catalog design, workflow optimization, and stakeholder engagement across HR, IT, and Facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage configurations, catalog items, flows, and SLAs
  • Lead KT sessions, audits, and configuration governance
  • Drive automation, performance tracking, and cross-functional workflows
  • Ensure audit readiness and support compliance efforts
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for roadmap planning

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience with ServiceNow modules
  • Expertise in Flow Designer, scripting, ACLs, and integration
  • Strong experience with metrics, SLAs, upgrades, scoped apps, and data handling
