Infrastructure Engineer Job

Job Overview:

This role involves designing, implementing and maintaining infrastructure, automation scripts, and procedures to support SaaS operations. The ideal candidate will have strong Linux skills, scripting expertise and experience with cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable infrastructure to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and logging tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform services and tooling.
  • Ensure smooth operations of SaaS products and customer implementations.
  • Drive disaster recovery, failover procedures, training and team readiness.
  • Contribute to process improvements and technical advancements for increased stability and reliability.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud operations or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of Linux systems, scripting languages and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Windows Terminal Services, AD, LDAP.
  • Hands-on experience in cloud technology, particularly AWS.
  • Strong networking skills and understanding of complex multi-product/service environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or other cloud platforms.
  • Certifications in RHEL, Kubernetes or AWS.
