Requirements

- Hold an ITIL Expert or ITIL Practitioner certification, demonstrating advanced knowledge of ITIL practices and implementation capabilities.
- Possess significant experience in project management, including leading ITSM projects from initiation to completion.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees or additional certifications may be advantageous.
