  • Trademo TradeScreen – AI-powered trade transaction digitization, financial crime screening and compliance platform.

We collect and integrate diverse open-source data points to create our AI-driven knowledge graph, TrademoKG. By analyzing trade data from 200+ countries, we use AI to provide deep insights, ensuring visibility and compliance across global supply chains.

Founded by Shalabh Singhal, who is a third-time tech entrepreneur and an alumni of IIT BHU, CFA Institute USA, and Stanford GSB SEED. Our team is backed by remarkable leaders and entrepreneurs like Amit Singhal (Former Head of Search at Google), Sridhar Ramaswamy (CEO, Snowflake), Neeraj Arora (MD, General Catalyst & Former CBO, Whatsapp Group).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger entries.
  2. Assist in preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  3. Ensure timely and accurate entry of financial data into accounting systems.
  4. Support in creating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  5. Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF/ESIC filings, and ROC requirements.
  6. Maintain documentation for finance policies, SOPs, and workflows.
Requirements

A successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (CA Inter / MBA Finance is a plus)
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Experience with accounting tools like Tally, Xero, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to multitask.
