Senior SAP SuccessFactors Expert

This key role involves leading and delivering end-to-end HR digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Employee Central (EC) along with hands-on experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, or Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

  • Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) projects from start to finish.
  • Configure and manage various modules including Recruitment, Onboarding, or ECP.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Support system enhancements, testing, issue resolution, and continuous improvements.

Essential skills and qualifications include:

  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors & HCM.
  • A proven track record of completing at least one full-cycle EC implementation project.
  • Hands-on experience with Recruitment, Onboarding, or ECP modules.
  • Experience working with SAP HCM modules (OM & PA) for seamless integration with SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of Time Management & Payroll processes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
