Job Description

At the forefront of innovation, we seek a seasoned leader to spearhead a multidisciplinary team of researchers and engineers in driving cutting-edge solutions at the intersection of AI and vision technologies.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with proven leadership skills to drive impactful projects from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality research output and product-ready solutions.

  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of researchers and engineers to foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture.
  • Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Research & Development
  • Design, implement, and optimize deep learning and computer vision algorithms for tasks such as detection, segmentation, tracking, and recognition.
  • Drive innovation in image analysis, medical imaging, industrial vision, and AI-powered automation.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and publications in AI and vision technologies.
  • Translate business/clinical/industrial needs into AI-based solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end pipeline: data acquisition, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (data science, software, product, hardware) to achieve shared goals.
  • Present results to stakeholders, prepare technical reports, and support publications/patent filings.
Required Qualifications
  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science & Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/mentorship role.
  • Strong track record in developing and deploying deep learning models (Unets, CNNs, Transformers, GANs, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, DICOM, NIfTY and related libraries.
