AI Engineer Position

We're seeking an experienced AI engineer to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Full-Stack AI Engineer, you will be responsible for building and optimizing AI models using efficient production-ready code. You'll evaluate performance by testing and ranking model outputs, fine-tune models with datasets for SFT and RLHF, and innovate by shaping new strategies to make AI more useful, safe, and aligned with real-world needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Experienced with Node.js or NestJS, plus a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Comfortable with modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices.
  • Skilled with Docker.
  • Clear communicators who can explain their work in excellent English.
