Job Title: AI Solutions Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Engineer to join our team. As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing state-of-the-art GAI solutions for our People Team.

You will work closely with our business partners to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise in LLMs and related technologies will be instrumental in driving innovation and enhancing the employee experience.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy new features in our People GAI platform solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience and a bachelor's degree, or 10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • A solid understanding of database design and management systems (both SQL and NoSQL), as well as expertise in performance optimization, data security, data modeling, and the ability to adapt to new database technologies.
  • A comprehensive understanding of LLMs and related Technologies (RAG architecture, Prompt engineering) and Azure services (Azure AI search, Azure storage).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
