About this role:

Seeking a highly skilled Fund Manager to lead our capital raising initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies, identifying and onboarding potential investors, and building strong relationships with wealth managers and private bankers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Fund Raising & Investor Relations: Develop and execute fundraising strategies for existing and new fund schemes, identify and onboard potential investors, and build a strong network of wealth managers, private bankers, investment advisors, and distributors.
  • Strategy & Product Development: Provide strategic input for the design and structuring of fund products based on investor appetite and regulatory guidelines, collaborate with investment, legal, and compliance teams to ensure successful fund launches and regulatory compliance, and monitor competitor landscape and suggest positioning strategies for the fund.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure alignment with SEBI regulations and all legal compliances related to fund raising and investor onboarding, maintain accurate records of investor communications, subscriptions, and investments.

Requirements:

  • Post Graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred).
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in fundraising or investor relations, preferably in AIF, PMS, PE, or AMC sector.
  • Deep understanding of SEBI regulations, AIF structures, and investment products.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong network within the HNI/UHNI/Institutional investor community.
