Job Title: Inventory Auditor

Audit Purpose:

  • To support the internal audit team in conducting inventory audits across outlets and corporate functions, ensuring adherence to policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting internal audits of outlets and regional offices.
  • Verify inventory levels against records to ensure accuracy.
  • Check compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support in identifying process gaps, control weaknesses, and areas of improvement.
  • Assist in preparing audit reports and documentation with findings and recommendations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of audit-related information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and numerical ability.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel frequently to different locations.
