Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Professional with 7+ years of experience to manage complex IT contracts and vendor relationships. This role requires expertise in crafting and managing Requests for Proposal (RFPs), vendor contracts, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of software licensing, cloud services procurement, and IT infrastructure acquisition. They will be responsible for monitoring compliance with procurement, legal, and regulatory frameworks.

In addition, the successful candidate will be skilled in defining RFP templates, procurement models, and evaluation frameworks for large-scale IT projects. They will oversee contract clauses for transition, knowledge transfer, licensing, and ownership of IT assets.

The Procurement Expert will also be responsible for monitoring contractual compliance of system integrators and third-party supplier agreements. They will align procurement frameworks with enterprise application development and architecture needs.

Experience in risk assessment, documentation, and governance across procurement and contracts is essential for this role.
