Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a Senior Manager role, responsible for leading our Total Rewards services.

This position will provide compensation planning, survey submissions, and competitive compensation studies to internal customers globally.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in compensation management, analytical thinking, influencing, and program management.

The selected individual will manage a team of professionals, drive efficiencies, and implement standard practices across the globe.

About the Role
  1. Ensure Compensation Competitiveness enhances employee recruitment and retention.
  2. Review existing programs, propose modifications or design new ones to achieve market competitiveness.
  3. Lead Annual Compensation Planning, including project management, communication, change management, and vendor management.
  4. Collaborate with regional stakeholders and global process owners to implement standard practices.
  5. Drive global Total Reward practices, continually improving efficiencies in line with business needs.
  6. Lead collaboration with technology partners to drive tool usage by COE and regional teams.
