About This Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Application Software Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise-grade billing applications.

The role involves software development, maintenance, and support of complex applications written in various programming languages including IBM Informix 4GL, Java, Jasper, C#, VB.NET, and Shell Scripting. The successful candidate must be able to work on ServiceNow tickets, handle troubleshooting, and ensure smooth execution of build and run activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and support billing applications.
  • Work on ServiceNow tickets – incident, request, and change management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
  • Write and optimize code in multiple programming languages.
  • Ensure smooth execution of build and run activities.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong coding ability in multiple programming languages.
  • Experience in troubleshooting errors.
  • Prior experience in billing applications and understanding of billing workflows.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (including EU time zone coverage).

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Any certification in Java, Informix, or related technologies would be a plus.
