AI Development Position

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Python developer to support the development of next-generation AI models. Your work will directly influence how these models are trained, evaluated, and refined.

This role focuses on dataset generation, model evaluation, and Python development — playing a key part in Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), and benchmarking AI systems.

What You'll Do:

  1. Develop Efficient Code: Create efficient Python code that supports AI training pipelines.
  2. Generate and Refine Datasets: Generate and refine datasets for SFT and contribute to RLHF workflows.
  3. Evaluate Model Performance: Run Evals to measure and compare model performance.
  4. Assess Model Outputs: Assess and rank model outputs, providing clear, structured feedback.
  5. Partner with Researchers: Partner with researchers and annotators to enhance model alignment.
  6. Maintain Clean Code: Maintain clean code and documentation to ensure reproducibility.

  • Testing Frameworks: Familiarity with Python testing frameworks (unit, integration, property-based).
  • Concurrency and Async Programming: Understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and async programming.
  • Code Quality: Experience with code quality, architectural patterns, and refactoring.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong problem-solving mindset and clear communication skills in English.
