Job ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development (Sales)- Develop business opportunities and sales strategies in line with approved business plans.
- Responsible for sales promotion activities in assigned territories.
- Ensure all sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved on a monthly basis.
- Identify and follow up with prospective customers, responding to enquiry calls within a specified timeframe.
- Maximize conversion of enquiries into orders.
- Ensure renewals align with company expectations.
- Monitor business opportunities and developments in assigned territories.
- Prepare and update Monthly Performance Goals (MPGs) regularly.
- Ensure quality service delivery.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Prepare and submit reports to customers on time.
- Address customer complaints and participate in resolving them with Operations and Back Office teams.
- Conduct detailed site inspections and Service Request Assessments (SRAs).
- Prepare quotations for customers through the system.
- Share customer feedback with Branch Managers and collect Appreciation Letters from Regional Business Units (RBUs) and Country Business Units (CBUs).
- Set correct customer expectations regarding pest management.
- Ensure accurate customer information, including email addresses, contact numbers, and addresses with landmarks, is captured.
- Sell services according to iCABS frequencies to set Annual Template Calendars for timely service delivery by Service Planners.
- Share cost sheets and material details with Operations and explain customer expectations before service delivery.
- Ensure all sales are delivered after being visible in iCABS for planning and execution via Service Companion. Timely punch new sales in SRAs to provide sufficient lead time for planners to execute services. Service scheduling is done in consultation with Service Planners. No commitment to customers on service scheduling.
- Ensure timely submission of invoices and obtain necessary acknowledgements.
- Follow up with Back Office for timely and correct invoicing.
- Share costings and customer expectations with Operations before service delivery.
- Ensure all collections are deposited to Back Office within 24 hours.
- Review daily collections and billing with Back Office.
- Ensure required sales systems are updated on a timely basis.
- Prepare Daily and Monthly Sales Reports.
- Maintain customer databases.
- Business Development (Sales)
- Develop new business opportunities and upselling opportunities.
- Renewals (if assigned).
- Calls/Surveys/Quotations/PDSA according to Regional plans.
- Collection & DSO.
- Customer Service.
- Timely Invoice Submission.
- Good interpersonal and networking skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to negotiate with clients.
- Ability to achieve targets.
- Computer skills.
- Any Graduate (Any stream).
- Sales experience of a minimum of 1 year in Field Sales.
- Driving License and Two Wheeler.
- Basic English Communication skill.
- Good Sales Negotiation skills.
