Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Executive to manage and expand our client base by implementing effective sales strategies. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or account management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Sales skills and ability to close deals.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies.
