Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects. As a Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and scheduling a team of junior staff, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate project teams to achieve set goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project requirements.
  • Work independently to complete assigned tasks within budget and timeframe.
  • Lead small projects as assigned by the manager, provide training, and mentor junior colleagues.
  • Develop effective materials for clients, conveying their messages clearly and effectively.
  • Provide administrative support for projects, including budget implementation, forecasts, resourcing, and timesheet management.
  • Guide and mentor junior staff, sharing best practices and expertise.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, with hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
  • Experience in architecting large-scale Power Apps, Model-driven apps, and customizations.
  • Thorough understanding of advanced concepts like security, deployments, and low-code/no-code solutions.
  • Microsoft Certified in Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) is preferred.
  • Experience with software deployment project lifecycle phases.
  • Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English (professional level).
  • Ability to handle client feedback and establish effective communication channels.
