Job Description

As a pioneer in AI-powered data extraction and automation, we are seeking an innovative Software Engineer to join our team. This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and modernizing impactful business systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python, including core language features and standard libraries. They will also be proficient in web frameworks such as FastAPI/Flask, message queues like RabbitMQ, and containerization using Docker & Docker Compose.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in webscraping tools and techniques, browser automation frameworks like Playwright & Selenium, and SQL database management using PostgreSQL & SQLAlchemy.

They will also have experience working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, caching solutions like Redis, and cloud services including AWS. Proficiency in Git version control and concurrency programming is essential.

We encourage candidates with exposure to GenAI/LLMs, prompt engineering, or integrating GenAI-powered features into products to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive technical improvements and lead platform upgrades.
  • Investigate, debug, and resolve production issues.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams.

Technical Skills & Requirements:

  • Python: Strong hands-on experience with core Python and its standard libraries.
  • Web Framework: Experience developing backend APIs and services using FastAPI/Flask.
  • RabbitMQ: Proficiency in implementing message queues and task distribution.
  • Docker & Docker Compose: Experience containerizing applications and managing services.
  • WebScraping: Demonstrated expertise with webscraping tools and techniques.
  • Playwright & Selenium: Practical experience with browser automation frameworks.
  • PostgreSQL & SQLAlchemy: Proficient in SQL and ORM-based data access.
  • MongoDB & PyMongo: Experience with NoSQL data using PyMongo.
  • Redis: Practical use for caching and lightweight messaging.
  • AWS: Hands-on experience with services such as S3, Secrets Manager, and Auto Scaling Groups(using boto3).
  • Linux/Unix: Comfort with command-line operations and scripting.
  • Git: Proficient in version control and team collaboration.
  • Concurrency: Experience with multithreading and asynchronous programming in Python.
  • API Integrations: Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs, including authentication, data handling, and rate limiting.
  • Good to have: Exposure to GenAI/LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.), prompt engineering, or integrating GenAI-powered features into products.
