About a top industrial automation company, we are seeking a service head to develop and implement a comprehensive service strategy for mobile robotics. This individual will oversee all aspects of MR operations, provide expert technical leadership, and act as a trusted advisor to foster strong relationships with high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic plan for mobile robotics services aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Oversee SOPs for MR onboarding and field operations, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance on complex mobile robotics systems, sensors, actuators, and associated field instrumentation.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, providing exceptional support and fostering trust.
  • Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and improve processes across delivery, support, and customer engagement.

Role Expectations:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is an asset).
  • A minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in operations management, industrial maintenance, field service, or a related field, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile robotics systems and aftermarket product ecosystems.
  • Expertise in various technologies relevant to robotics, such as sensors, actuators, and control systems.
  • Preferred experience working with MR owners, a product company, or in the automotive industry.
