We are seeking an experienced Virtual Legal Counsel to join our team at Contract-Bazaar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clients Interaction and Briefing: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and gather detailed briefs for drafting contracts and agreements.
  • Drafting Supervision: Direct and guide junior associates in drafting various types of contracts and agreements based on client briefs.
  • Quality Control: Review and QC contracts drafted by junior associates for compliance, accuracy, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Training and Development: Train junior associates on effective drafting techniques, legal language, and industry best practices.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and refine internal workflows for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts to improve turnaround time.
  • Legal Research: Conduct research on legal updates and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide added value to clients.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with the legal team and management to streamline processes and resolve complex client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in contract review and drafting.
  • Strong understanding of legal provisions, risks, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
