As a seasoned Market Access Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing market access strategies to optimize pricing, reimbursement, and patient access for pharmaceutical products. This crucial role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure evidence-based product value propositions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute market access strategies to drive optimal pricing, reimbursement, and patient access for pharmaceutical products.
  • Analyze market research and health economics data to identify market barriers, pricing trends, and payer requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR), Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Regulatory teams to generate robust evidence supporting product value.
  • Negotiate with payers, government bodies, and healthcare authorities to secure reimbursement strategies, pricing, and access conditions.
  • Develop and submit reimbursement dossiers, value dossiers, pricing applications, and HTA submissions.
  • Stay abreast of policy developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to proactively adapt access strategies.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support product launch planning and lifecycle management.
  • Build and manage stakeholder relationships, including payers, KOLs, industry bodies, and internal teams.
  • Lead and mentor a team of market access professionals, ensuring high performance and knowledge development.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Postgraduate degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Health Economics, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Market Access, HEOR, Pricing & Reimbursement, or related function within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, pricing & reimbursement pathways, HTA processes, and payer dynamics.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing market access strategies, preparing reimbursement dossiers, and engaging with payers.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
