Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead and oversee Large Language Model (LLM) initiatives across multiple geographies.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in AI/ML with strong program management and stakeholder skills, ensuring that projects are executed on time and in compliance with global regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Program Leadership: Drive planning, execution, and delivery of LLM/GenAI projects.
  • Technical Oversight: Work closely with ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and MLOps teams. Translate research and business needs into project milestones.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish workflows for SFT, RLHF/RLEF, and evaluation pipelines. Ensure delivery of high-quality annotated assets (text, video, speech, gaming datasets).
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to data security, privacy, OFAC compliance, and ethical AI standards.
  • Business Alignment: Collaborate with Product Managers to define roadmap and ROI. Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and clients.
