French Language Model Trainer

This role involves developing and training large language models to enhance their performance and functionality.
The successful candidate will be responsible for modeling real-world assistant behavior, simulating realistic dialogues, and writing clearly and coherently in English. They will also work effectively with LLMs, virtual assistants, or function-calling frameworks, and follow detailed guidelines and formatting standards with high consistency.
Key qualifications include:
- 3+ years of professional experience in a technical or analytical field.
- Ability to model real-world assistant behavior using tool-based APIs.
- Break down complex tasks and simulate realistic dialogues that reflect user expectations and assistant limitations.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in working with large language models (LLMs), virtual assistants, or function-calling frameworks.
- Detailed understanding of formatting standards and ability to follow guidelines consistently.
- Native or professional proficiency in the French Language.
