Structural Design Professional

As a Structural Designer I, you will play a key role in creating 3D models and production drawings that meet industry guidelines and company standards. This involves annotating, detailing, and managing BIM workflows while interfacing with engineers and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Modeling Expertise: Produce high-quality 3D models consistent with industry guidelines and company standards.
- Drawing Detailing: Annotate, dimension, and detail 2D production drawings in conformance to company standards.
- BIM Workflow Management: Manage BIM workflow including folder organization, sheet sets, geo-location, plots, conversions, and transmittals.
- File Maintenance: Maintain structural BIM/CAD files for use in structural design drawings.
- Communication: Interface with engineers and clients to coordinate BIM modeling content and approaches.
- 0-3 years of experience in preparing structural construction documents using Revit/BIM project delivery.
- Up-to-date knowledge and expertise with Revit software.
- Up-to-date knowledge and expertise with AutoCAD software.
- Strong understanding of how a building comes together.
- Ability to think in 3-D.
- Ability to draw sections and details with minimal input from the engineer.
- Professional experience in AutoCAD and Revit is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
