Transformative Ventures is seeking a seasoned storyteller to spearhead creative strategies across multiple platforms. This role requires exceptional language skills, empathy-driven leadership, and expertise in integrating AI tools into content production.

Main Responsibilities

  • Craft compelling headlines, long-form copy, and social media content that captivates audiences worldwide.
  • Brief, mentor, and inspire a team of writers, designers, and editors to deliver high-impact assets for various markets.
  • Develop campaign ideas, product launches, and brand stories that resonate with diverse audiences and drive business results.
  • Leverage generative-AI tools for ideation, rapid iteration, and performance analysis while maintaining strategic thinking, brand voice, and originality.
  • Analyze performance metrics and coach the team to optimize content continuously.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration with Growth, Product, and Brand teams to deliver cohesive experiences.
  • Source external freelancers or studios when specialized skills are required.

Requirements

To excel in this position, you'll need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in copywriting, advertising, or content marketing, with 3 years of guiding creative teams.
  • A portfolio showcasing successful brand storytelling and measurable performance results.
  • Native-level English command and an editorial eye for detail.
  • A proven track record of incorporating AI tools into creative processes without compromising human nuance.
  • Experience in beauty, wellness, or DTC ecommerce is beneficial but not necessary.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or equivalent real-world experience.
