Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Manage office supplies, printing stocks, and place orders after negotiations.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel and accommodations, book train, flight, and hotel tickets as per team needs in remote areas.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate vendors for program requirements in different locations.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate the best rates for quality services.
  • Filing System: Organize a filing system for confidential company documents.
  • Support Services: Be available to answer employee queries on travel updates, handle last-minute bookings, and book meeting rooms as required.
  • Distribution: Distribute and store correspondence.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and guide junior staff.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with 5-6 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Administrative Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
