
Business Operations Manager

This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks with ease.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies, arranging travel and accommodations, coordinating vendors, and ensuring timely completion of work.
Key Responsibilities- Office Management: Manage office supplies, printing stocks, and place orders after negotiations.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel and accommodations, book train, flight, and hotel tickets as per team needs in remote areas.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate vendors for program requirements in different locations.
- Negotiation: Negotiate the best rates for quality services.
- Filing System: Organize a filing system for confidential company documents.
- Support Services: Be available to answer employee queries on travel updates, handle last-minute bookings, and book meeting rooms as required.
- Distribution: Distribute and store correspondence.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and guide junior staff.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with 5-6 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Administrative Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Organization: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Integrity: Integrity and professionalism.
