Job Title:

A highly skilled AWS DevOps professional sought to spearhead the digital transformation of a leading financial institution.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, driving technical excellence and fostering innovation.
  • Oversee project timelines, team allocation, risk management, and task prioritization to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Mentor and support team members' professional growth, conduct performance reviews, provide actionable feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Evaluate and enhance engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize team productivity.
  • Collaborate with business partners, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure a cohesive approach to product development.

Requirements:
  • AWS Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
  • Experience working in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance (e.g. PCI DSS, GDPR).
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • AWS Cloud architecture and management.
  • Experience with Debt Manager 11 or similar COTS products.
  • Strong automation and scripting skills.
  • Continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) expertise.
  • Security best practices in cloud and financial applications.
