Web Development Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our web development projects. As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for taking ownership of projects from conceptualization to final execution.

This is a crucial role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to mentor and guide the team. You will be instrumental in driving our projects to success, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage project scope, handle change requests, and regularly report on project progress.
  • Client & Team Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Technical Leadership: Guide the team in defining the technical architecture of their projects and finalizing database schemas.
  • Mentorship & Development: Manage, mentor, and provide technical guidance and support to the project teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications

We are seeking experienced web developers who possess the following qualifications.

  • Core Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript (jQuery).
  • Design & Architecture: Expert-level knowledge of Object-Oriented Design and MVC implementation.
  • Database Skills: Intermediate-level SQL syntax (JOIN, UNION, etc.) and intermediate-level database design (data normalization, foreign key constraints, indexes).
  • Development Practices: Experience working in a team development setting with source code control and experience with both front-end and back-end development.

The following skills would be a plus:

  • Experience with performance tuning databases.
  • Experience with UI and user experience development.
  • Experience with developing reporting interfaces (charts, data grids, filters, exporting).
