Job Overview

Internal Audit is a critical function at Intas Pharmaceuticals Limited, responsible for ensuring the reliability and integrity of financial information. The Internal Audit Department provides an independent and objective assessment of internal controls, systems, and governance processes.

  • Participate in the creation and execution of a risk-based audit plan, reporting results to leadership and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
  • Conduct audits with an emphasis on emerging areas of risk, including revenue recognition, contract accounting, compliance, fraud, operations, and outsourcing.
  • Responsible for fieldwork, work paper documentation, audit meetings, reporting, and follow-ups.
  • Leverage data analytics and automation techniques to achieve comprehensive risk coverage and deliver high-quality audit results.
  • Develop strong professional relationships that foster trust and collaboration with auditees and team members.

The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in external or internal auditing. They will have strong working knowledge of financial, operational, compliance, and systems auditing techniques.

Able to think outside the box and challenge the status quo, they will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in English, and flexibility to work across time zones.
